The item I was shipped was not what I ordered. I contacted support to get a refund / return started and they sent me to the manufacturer instead. Even with photos provided Manufacturing said I got exactly what I ordered and there is nothing they can do. If I could give 0 stars I would, they sent me a dehumidifier which actually made my room worse.

This is a nice unit, but it would be better if the lights remain on. This allows you to always know what settings are on. This is a feature on other Costway coolers. Also should be on wheels. Water tank hard to fill and see the fill lines.
