I have been eyeballing this AC unit for a while because I've never seen one that sits on a window sill. This came very well packaged and it's heavy so you may need 2 people to lift it. Definitely need 2 people to put it in a window. We weren't able to hang it in the window yet because we are painting first but we did plug it in and this thing can cool a room in a few minutes!! I was amazed at how fast it did! It's quieter than most window units I've seen so that was a plus since it will be in an upstairs bedroom. Comes with a remote too! The only reason for 4 stars is the side pieces it comes with are literally a thick foam. I don't like that and I feel that there should be something more solid for the sides. We are actually thinking of what else we could purchase for those because my fear is with the direction of our house and the way the wind blows and the rain that they may not hold up all summer. So keep that in mind. But other than that this design is so cool because you don't lose your window view. Highly recommend!!

This has been my absolute favorite window air conditioner! We’ve had lots over the years, and they’ll say they’re supposed to be quiet, but this one is super quiet! Puts out great air fast. Love that it doesn’t take up the whole window

So far so good!!! It’s been two days, and it’s quiet and strong and haven’t needed to use the front drain!
