Installed on my front door. The size was perfect I did not have much space for a door bell and my builder put in a white one I didn't ask for, so this replaced it and works with my door hardware.

Your ad says, “Complete with a transformer and chime.” Yet, all I received is the doorbell. I’ve already informed you of this, asking when the transformer and charm will be delivered as I’ve already paid an electrician one trip charge for installation, and haven’t heard from you. I would like to know when the remainder will be delivered so I can again schedule the electrician.
