I have never seen such a high quality fixture for the shower fixtures. All the components came in their own box. I gave it five stars because it is absolutely beautiful and the functionality I was looking for. The problem is I didnt understand what Escutcheon Included and Rough-in Valve means. When I took out of the box I realized there is a part that needs to go between the studs. I took a picture of the part I am speaking of.

Could not have picked out a better shower system than this one by Cranach little pricey but you pay for what you get and that quality shower pressure is amazing and I love the way this looks in my shower. I definitely going to order another one for the 2 nd bathroom renovation

Looks and works great. Easy to install. Would purchase again. Digital display is an added feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cranach Home Crozet Pressure Balance Tub and Shower Faucet with rain and handheld heads is such an improvement from the last faucet I had but it's too beautiful so I'll be redoing my bathroom around its sophistication. Beautifully easy to use and install even for beginners. It looks heavy but it's not and you won't have to worry about it falling or ruining your homes construction.

We’re slowly upgrading our old bathroom fixtures and I thought this would be an easy swap but unfortunately we’re now waiting on a few additional parts. The quality is superb. Each section of the fixture has a very modern geometric style. I love the handheld shower sprayer. The controls are simple and easy to use. The packaging was perfect with each part individually wrapped.
