I have never seen such a high quality fixture for the shower fixtures. All the components came in their own box. I gave it five stars because it is absolutely beautiful and the functionality I was looking for. The problem is I didnt understand what Escutcheon Included and Rough-in Valve means. When I took out of the box I realized there is a part that needs to go between the studs. I took a picture of the part I am speaking of.

Could not have picked out a better shower system than this one by Cranach little pricey but you pay for what you get and that quality shower pressure is amazing and I love the way this looks in my shower. I definitely going to order another one for the 2 nd bathroom renovation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cranach Home Crozet Pressure Balance Tub and Shower Faucet with rain and handheld heads is such an improvement from the last faucet I had but it's too beautiful so I'll be redoing my bathroom around its sophistication. Beautifully easy to use and install even for beginners. It looks heavy but it's not and you won't have to worry about it falling or ruining your homes construction.
