This was very disappointing,to start item was delayed over and over again causing my contractor delay in the protect ,then when it arrived ,size was incorrect ,is 7 inches instead of 8 Is cheaply made ok,pine good but is just a 2x4 on the side not attention to detail or common sense to close the front bar with it , in the advertisement showed a bar in the back (wood) to hang in the wall ,not such thing is in this one To top up the deal Wayfair offered 64 bucks to keep it Or pay 49 to ship it back to get some credit back in my card Sorry what I thought was a good idea was a fiasco that ended up costing extra bucks in my project.

I gave this 3 stars because in the description it said it was a rustic mantle but it actually looked like scrape wood. A big chunk off of one corner and I actually got splinters in my hands unpacking it . It came loosely packed in the box . I refurbish furniture so I was able to save it. Size wise it was perfect and once I refinished it I loved it
