So far this toilet works like it should it opens with the lid it flushes it flushes i would recommend it for anybody Ive had a couple here now that werent working right I had to send back this one seems to be working perfectly so far so good and its warranty for 2 years

Beautiful, compact, tankless toilet. Shipping was super quick and the toilet was well packaged to prevent damage. I love the sleep design, built in bidet and heated seat. It definitely looks and feels luxurious. Highly recommend!

Very interesting toilet, The install was a nightmare, and there is essentially zero instruction. The holes used to bolt down the toilet are too narrow, and how you’re supposed to tighten them down is beyond me. Ended up just putting an extra wax ring down and caulking it. The water supply line that came with it was very cheap and very kinked. Had to replace it, a piece of the porcelain under the toilet was broken, and lines for what I would assume is for the foaming agent(which the foam doesn’t come with) were kinked and stuck under some plastic. Beyond those nightmare’s the toilet does work well. It’s good looking, operates the way it’s suppose to. Now that it’s in I’m mostly happy.

This is a very nice smart toilet, but unfortunately we did not check the measurements before purchasing it, and when we had a professional installing it, we noticed that it does not match with the hole we have on the floor, so we could not have it installed in the bathroom we wanted. We will be installing in another bathroom, but now we need first to have an outlet installed in there.

My overall opinion of the Crestle Smart Toilet Bidet is that it is an EXCELLENT toilet that has amazing capabilities! However, as a new product there are some minor issues that a new owner needs to know. First, the toilet came very well packaged and shipping was very fast. It arrived in perfect condition. I just had my handyman install it yesterday and I have had the pleasure of trying it out a few times thus far. As far as the bidet features it’s amazing! Everything works as advertised. However, I was most interested in the foaming feature and this was a bit disapointing because it didn’t foam as stated. Hold on…it will do this but here’s the issue. The manufacturer does not ship the foaming agent with the toilet due to hazardous materials during shipping. You have to purchase this separately which I just did today. In addition, the manual that came with this unit is not for this particular model. To refill the foaming solution you have to use two hands and gently press on the back of the toilet and slide the lid backwards and then lift the back cover. You need to purchase a small funnel to fill the bottle. See photos attached. I found all of this and the following information directly from the manufacturer by using the QR code on the lid. The manufacturer was very responsive and extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. They sent me the correct instructions for this specific model. Also, what’s not included in the manual is the ability to adjust the automatic lid sensor for distance. This is awesome because you may not want the lid opening every time you move around in the bathroom. It can be set so that it will rise when you’re close to the toilet! You can also completely disable it if necessary. I am anxious to try the foaming agent and will update my review. You do want to be mindful that the auto flush will happen within 5 seconds of lifting from the seat. I am awaiting instructions on whether this can be adjusted too. The water pressure for flushing is incredibly strong too. If it’s too high it can be adjusted by turning the water valve a little. I have had a bidet seat for the past three years and it was great but this smart toilet is a whole other level of comfort and functionality! I am so grateful to have this toilet as it really elevates my newly remodeled bathroom. Update 3.22.26, I am still loving my new smart toilet, however, there are a few things that I am not sure are adjustable. 1. The nightlight is very bright. I have a frosted door to my on suite and it glows too bright at night for me to sleep so I keep the light off. I am searching to see if this is dimmable. 2. Upon seating, there’s a blast of plain water that comes out and I am not sure what the purpose of this is, but it is annoying because it splashes on you and gets you wet. I am searching to see if this feature can be disabled. 3. The foam function, while still my favorite, activates every time you are seated, I would like to only use this function when needed. 4. I noticed that there is another feature that was not mentioned in the instructions and that is the aromatic function. I’m sure that it did not ship due being hazardous, however, I do not see where it can be purchased or a model number for that particular item. There is an opening in the back of the toilet that looks like it should have something there. I will ask the manufacturer these questions and hopefully get answers. Update the foam solution arrived and I placed it in the bottle inside the toilet. You have to activate the foam feature on the remote by simply pressing the feminine wash button without being seated. It will automatically foam each time the sensor is activated. I tried it for the first time and it does everything it is supposed to do! The best feature of this smart toilet! Love, love, love! Update The manufacturer replied and answered all of my questions, everything except the nightlight is adjustable! He sent clear instructions on how to navigate the controls. He even stated that there is an aromatic function that is also available for this model and is checking where it can be purchased. Okay, this toilt is AMAZING!!!
