Ayers Rock 3" x 3" Porcelain Mosaic Tile in Solar Summit

Hard to find item to coordinate with Solar Summit shower - will look great in final product.

I tend to stay away from leaving negative reviews but found it extremely difficult not to, when it came to this particular order. "Buyer" we aware! I was under total assumption that the titles I ordered were in stock and would be shipping in two-days. That's how the advertisement was listed. Was, I wrong! It's now Aug. 5; I have still not received my items. Around the end of July, when I caught on to the obvious of their misrepresentation, they would not cancel the order. Then, they listed that I would receive it between Aug 3-Aug 6 (when originally I should have received the order end of July) for an original order placed ON JULY 16. Today, their website is telling me that I will now receive the item on Aug. 11th. I really don't have too much faith in that either. Therefore, I have given them a negative feedback for total and complete dishonesty. The below statement is my response to an initial my inquiry about my order. You will see my response below. Right now, I logged into my Way Fair online account and went to the Accounts/Orders page link. The below 1st (3) are the details for the items that appear now. If you look beyond those three, and review (#4, 5 & 6), you will see fairly similar details. The only real major difference you will notice is that it says "Preparing for Shipping" AND "Estimated Delivery: On or Before July 24, 2015". So, when I ordered the items, I am under complete assumption, that I will be receiving the items at my home on or before July 24, 2015. The way it is advertised tells me that you have the items in stock at some warehouse for immediate shipment and two-day delivery. Only after one-week, when I inquired and tried to cancel the items, you are telling me that they cannot be canceled, as they are custom ordered and shipped. It is obvious to me, that the tiles were either custom order or drop shipped from the get-go, therefore taking so long. I understand the term "Estimated Delivery" but when the date is July 24, I would hope to stretch that only by a few days, not several weeks back to Aug 3-6. Lastly, I would not find it reasonably fair, that I should have to pay the costs associated with returning the items. I was not the party to misinform and change the terms for the delivery.
