This stand is solidly built. It stands firmly where you put it due to the weighted bottom. The arms are positionable in 360 degrees and they stay put--they don't move around even when hanging a towel on the arm. Each arm is strong and does not bend at all with the weight of a full-sized damp bath towel. I can hang a bath towel on the bottom rung without it touching the floor. The finish seems like it will not rub off. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I would have liked it to be a little more ornate. Pros: Strong, durable, well-built,

I ordered one and it came damaged. Wayfair was very helpful and ordered me another one. Unfortunately not worth the money. Little flimsy.
