When this product was delivered, on time, it had hidden damage (cracks in frame). I contacted Wayfair on the same day and a replacement door chime was sent out. I received the new chime in a matter of days. It's beautiful and functions very well! Thanks for great customer service!

Expensive for the basic technology and cheap hanger. Looks nice but not worth the price. My unit was made 2 years ago the sticker says,

The style fits my motif. Very soothing to look at.

The doorbell cover was exactly as pictured. The glass is not too yellow. We liked it so much we ordered another for our new house!
