Worst experience every never got my paper holder/Brushes was told verbally by executive team to F off call police not them. Follow up emails from from wayfair. As previously mentioned by my colleagues Matthew and Candice, no refund will be able to be issued until a police report is filed and we have an official copy. The official incident report will need to be submitted by 1/26/22, if we have not received it by that date this request will be closed. The decision to adhere to this policy is final. I ordered both this toilet paper holder and the matching towel rack and was very happy that they were delivered within only a few days. When I opened the very secure packaging, I was very happy as they were just absolutely flawless and as beautiful as the picture. The craftsmanship is excellent and I am sure they will last for years. I couldnt be happier with my purchase.

I love these toilet paper holders. I ordered one for my master bath and the also put one in my second bath. They are beautiful heavy duty. They also accommodate the triple size toilet paper. I then ordered the matching towel bars.
