This system seems to be working great. There were some instruction issues that could make it a little difficult for the novice DIYer. The most challenging was the fact that it appears that it's a European system and measurements were metric and when they call out a pipe diameter it's OD not ID, easy to get around just a little head scratching at beginning. I put grinder behind wall and ended up uusing sch 35 for extension pipe with standard ferco fittings. I watched several other manufacturers videos to get an idea on install, stayed with standard plumbing codes for venting and drain sizing. This unit has 1 1/2" drain inputs so our standard 2" shower drain needs to be reduced down at some point not code but. I almost went with 1 1/2" shower drain and wish I had but installed shower to a different manufacturer and had finished the shower install before this unit arrived. The other odd thing is the toilet doesn't hold a bowl full of water like our American toilets, but it stays at level of outlet pipe and doesn't siphon any water out of bowl so I think it is installed correctly, still a little different. This is the first up flush system I've installed and seems to work great. May be a little more cost in material then a sump install but amount of labor saved and lack of mess put it at a good advantage.

This appears to be a great toilet, very powerful and exactly what we needed for our below ground level bathroom. The pump is more than powerful than what we needed it for. The toilet is pretty enough and time will tell about the longevity of the pump.

I needed a toilet for my basement where the sewer line is above the installation point, and this unit is exactly what I was looking for. The built-in pump allows waste to be moved upward efficiently, making it a great solution for this type of setup. The system comes with all the necessary parts, and the most interesting component is the pump tank that sits behind the toilet. It macerates the waste and then pumps it out, which works very well in practice. The materials feel solid and well-made. Installation is fairly straightforward and not much different from a standard toilet, aside from the addition of the discharge tank. The instructions could be a bit clearer, but overall the setup process is manageable. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this product and would recommend it for basement installations where traditional gravity drainage isn’t an option.
