The package had so much dust on it,you couldn't tell what the item was even,.poorly packed in a huge box.glad it wasn't broken will shop elsewhere next time

We just installed the shower arm diverter in our shower in our new home. We haven’t moved in yet but it was easy to install and seemed well made and sturdy.

Had mine for only seven years when this cheap plastic handle broke on mine,causing a major inconvenience and the cost of a good plumber and the new diverter and head I had to purchase in the mean time while waiting for the replacement diverter in the mail!! I only hope the home improvement store will give me a refund for the shower head and diverter kit once I put the replacement one from Delta in....

I had an existing two-way switch, however this one is much better and allows both hand-held and main stationary head to operate together. Hopefully this item/product will last like my Delta Faucets; we will see. I will say that Delta has long been the leader in Customer Service on my two experiences with them handling problems. Please, Delta, keep that end operating well.
