My only big issue with this product is that, when not in use, the unit leaks like a sieve. I cannot get it to stop. It doesn't matter how I turn the selector, there is water leakage from the larger shower head or the detachable wand. And it is significant leakage. I've had to let the wand lay upon the shower floor so I don't hear the drip drip drip.

Since remodeling our bathroom and choosing bronze as our faucet color, we have been looking for a detachable shower head in that color. We finally found one in this unit and beside being the right match in color, it also has proven to be the best shower head we have ever used. It was simple to install and the detachable head still leaves a spray from the remaining shower head. The design is perfect and the concept of two shower heads in one is wonderful. Thank you for a great product.

I like the design and features but the water pressure is a little weak. The off button doesn't stop the water completely but it is better than having to shut off the faucet. I've had this about a year and it started to get harder and harder to turn the hand held button as a result the other day the button broke off. I am attempting to glue it back on. If that doesn't work I might buy another and just replace the hand held piece or try another product I haven't decided yet. I have had a Moen sink faucet for over ten years and have repaired it twice with free replacement parts no questions asked. They stood by their moto "Buy it for looks buy it for life".

Have had for about 2 weeks no problems. Was easy to install. Like how you can switch between the outside water head and the to the smaller water head. Would recommend to a friend.

I like the design of the handheld within the main shower head, but the handheld does NOT stay in the cradle. Slight touch/bump and it falls out. I like the large size of the shower head, and water flow from it, but the water flow from the hand held alone or both together is weak. The overall performance and the price are disappointing.
