Ara Double Handle Deck Mounted Roman Tub Faucet Trim with Handshower T4768-BL

Just opened the box and the quality is impeccable! I am still under construction and can’t wait to have this installed but I am very pleased with the quality!

I love this faucet! It has a stout design, quality parts, and cascades into the tub with a ribbon waterfall. Love it.

I bought this bath tub faucet with sprayer. along with the shower faucet and sprayer and the two sink faucets. My issue is with the water leaking from the pull handdle from the top of the faucet I tried to called Delta directly and finally had to call ferguson to replace the valve stem. It finally came in a month latter and it did not fix my problem. All other faucets are fine but, if I knew the issues with the additional sprayer. I would not have bought it. Having a plumber take a look at it and if he can' t fix I will return return it.

Took awhile to get the hand shower figured out, the lift rod was too short. Once I emailed Delta Customer Service with some pictures they sent the correct part the same day without my asking. Installed it the day it arrived and it works great. Installed other fixtures from this same line for the shower (wall control, ceiling rainshower) and 2 sinks.
