Very unhappy with this product. First, the valves don’t come with it and there’s no suggestion when you want to check out to know what type of valve you should get to work with this particular model. It was very painful to find the valve and delayed our work. Hand shower is useless, its water pressure is so low that you can’t do anything with it. The faucets are big and you have to make sure the hand shower has enough distance from them before making the holes. It’s mot standard and the installation manual isn’t clear enough.
