No knocks about the product itself. This is a great shower valve trim kit. However, the one I received had obviously been opened and returned as it was covered in fingerprints and two of the handles were not in the bags provided to prevent scratching during shipment. Wayfair clearly should have listed it as an "open box" product.

It came with broken parts and wayfair said they would reorder the parts. And have it to me next week. And it turns out that they are back ordered on the parts pack and they won’t be here until Dec 20th.
