I bought it because I like Delta and reviewing things in the store this one had good features I liked, single control that could be a lever or knob, selection to limit the hot water temp, and large, plastic, mounting posts that won't corrode. Installed myself with no problems!

I've had only Delta faucets in my house for years. I got this faucet to replace one installed in 1974 and couldn't be opened to replace the parts. I liked the new one when I saw it and bought that one with the water lines, new drain, etc. it had everything needed but the tools. Once the old faucet was removed the installation of the new one was easy. It works great. And with the new diamond seals it should last longer then me.
