I'm a tea and hot water drinker, and my husband let it slip that many places in the UK have a hot water tap on demand. Lo and behold, we can have that too... And now so! We absolutely love this dispenser. The champagne bronze is such a pretty colour, and the shape is modern without being weird. We also got the matching Delta Touch2O faucet (same colour, but worth noting the tint is just slightly different but barely noticeable). We replaced an old and unused filter water dispenser with this one (and installed a hot water tank underneath). Installation was otherwise straightforward- my husband installed this, the hot water dispenser, hot water tank, and a filter system in one (long) afternoon.

Love it! One of my favorite things in my new house!! I use it daily for my matcha, my hot tea and can use the hot water to soak very dirty potspans. Also great to remove price tags or sticky anything on dishes or whatever. One thing to note, I usually have it at a medium high temperature, but when I turn it higher when I need very hot water, I guess the water fills the tank and the water automatically comes spitting out of the faucet, which isn’t a big deal but can be a safety issue. If you have kids you need to make sure they’re not around the sink because the water does start spouting out from the faucet and it’s very hot. Also, in addition to all of my other champagne bronze faucets, it does keep water spots on it constantly, still need to figure out how to keep it looking clean.

What a time saver whether you like instant tea or warm water and esp when your recipe calls for hot water, there is no need to boil or use micro to heat up water. Plus it looks nice too.
