I’m only giving this item 2 stars because I received a damaged open box item. The item itself is sleek and gorgeous. My contractor installed it and noticed that the cold knob turns the wrong way. I’m just living with it because it works and I was pressed for time to get the bathroom remodel completed. There was no quality check of this item before it was shipped to me because the person that originally sent it back (open box) left a derogatory hand drawn picture of a male private parts that was crumbled up in the box. My contractor and I was shocked to see it but I didn’t see a reason to waste my time complaining to customer service. I do know that Wayfair’s customer service is amazing and they probably wouldn’t sent a new one but once again I was pressed for time.

I had to replaced my tub faucet. It took my handyman less than 10 mins to do it. The faucet bought an updated chic look to my bathroom. It was reasonable price. I couldn’t find it at locate stores.

Beautiful finish on this item. Packaging was excellent. So disappointed I had to return it. I didn’t know that I can only use a Kohler product to replace current fixture. This fixture is beautiful!
