I was happy to find a towel bar that matched my other towel bars.

We received this towel bar quickly and was very happy with the price. A month later we were going to install it, and realized there was no hardware. I called customer service and she took care of the problem. She was very polite. Within a couple of days we had a new towel bar with the hardware. It was a very good experience.

This is an oversized hand towel bar. Unless you are looking for large scale items, steer clear of this line of products. I love the and look but it is overwhelming. Definitely test it out before having it installed. I regret getting this now that it is installed in my brand new bathroom.
