we really like the shower head but the button no longer works. i did try to use the 50/50 water vinegar solution. i am wondering if there is a parts breakdown or a how to so i can take it apart and clean out the insides.

Had all new shower installed with Delta fixtures. Chose matte black. The black is peeling off the cord attachment and the button no longer works. For the amount of money this costs, it is not worth it.

Purchased and professionally installed barely over a year ago, selector button broken. Unimpressed considering the cost.

For the price you'd think it would last a lifetime! It was installed less than 2 years ago and the selector switch is already jammed. Lesson learned, I'll stay away from big box hardware store products from now on!
