I bought this trim kit to replace an old shower faucet in the kids bathroom. I had to buy the rough in valve as well. I hired a plumber to install this as I wasn't comfortable cutting into the wall to replace the rough in valve. Everything went smoothly until he went to install the shower head which was missing a set screw. He ended up going to the hardware store to purchase it and then was able to complete the work. Wayfair reimbursed me 20% of the purchase price. I'm sure the set screw didn't cost 20%, but the plumbers time to drive down and back was more than that.

UPDATE Unfortunately the tub spout broke during install. Cant find a compatible replacement spout and don’t want to purchase the entire system again- very frustrating!!!
