Principals Pressure-Balanced Tub and Shower Faucet with Rough-in Valve 114962C

This set has proven to be a good investment. The price was amazing. I've only had it a short time but so far no problems except the set screw on the handle is being very difficult to come off so i can adjust the hot water

We replaced a 40 year old faucet with this one. Our plumber specifically said to get Delta. He likes the lifetime warranty and so we will we. So far we have liked the faucet. It is in an extra bath so we will not use it much. I am replacing the one in my master bath soon and will be looking at Delta again for in there.

Bought and installed Model # B114900 per instructions 5/15/205. works well for few months then began to vibrate and very noisy. Also feels looser than other brands.

Installing the valve part was ok. Tub spout seems flimsy. Major problem with my application is the sleeve should and could be the same size( 1.790 ) the entire length. Then it fits over the stem and through the escutcheon tightly. The two screws fastening the escutcheon in place could and should be longer for this.

Just installed and it looks nice but it doesn’t have strong water pressure like I would like the rest of my house doesn’t have this problem so it must be this faucet

It works i just don't like how loose the on off part is. It feels like it could come off in my hands at any time. It feels like it is cheaply made.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and it was probably the easiest one I've ever installed and works like it should my water pressure is a tad bit lower now but it's okay

I have bought 2 sets of the one handle bath faucets Model Number B114915C . The valve cartridge has broken on the 2nd set as well. Last time I was sent a cartridge for free to repair. I need another one for this set. Too expensive to be replacing this often and a pain!

I bought this two years ago and the cartridge developed a crack in the casing and I cant find a replacement for it. is there a part number on them somewhere?

SO FAR SO GOOD. I HAD 2 GET A REPLACEMENT FOR MY OTHER MODEL. THE PLUMBER SAID THAT DELTA STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS
