Hard to find replacement part

I have a kitchen faucet set with a spray nozzle that is 18 yrs old. Very good set that has served us well. Problem is that the connector holding the spray nozzle to the faucet has failed. I cannot get one locally. The best I can do is order one from a local supplier that will take a month or more. Since I cannot go that long without a kitchen sink that solution is not acceptable. So I will need to replace my whole set at considerable cost all because I cannot get a simple little connector that is only worth a few $.
