This is a gorgeous shower and tub set. Gold finish was incredibly luxe and beautiful and it matches my Stryker sink faucet set. And I did buy the universal valve as the sight says. But, I have a Symmons water valve mixing and my experienced plumber could not install. Before you purchase- identify your valve system first and then talk to your dedicated plumber to be sure this will be easy to convert and install. Or will they have to do a major parts change outs or rework your water system. The huge disappointment, especially since we had already installed the vanity set- I am still feeling very misled by the description, confused why it didn’t work, and very frustrated because I had to settle on brushed brass. So many shades of gold.
