Like this unit very much. It is a clean design, and simple to operate. Only takes one hole in wall for complete functionality. Operation is smooth and precise. While actual installation is easy, the instructions on how to do it, and adjustment are poor. It is somewhat different fro other similar controllers but the instructions are generic and give no specific instructions for this model. In fact the instructions don't even list this unit as part of the series. As such you have to figure out a lot of it by inference and trial & error. The documentation is the reason it did not get a 5 star rating.
