The head of the facet is plastic. Picture looks like metal. Looks great and operates well but feels cheap in hand. Would not have ordered if we knew this.

Pretty, and easy to install, but the release is not intuitive and it doesn’t have quite as much flexibility or reach as other sprayer faucets of similar design.

I am very disappointed with this faucet. It does not pull down!!!!! I have had commercial style faucets before and they have always pulled down. I bought it for a kitchen remodel in a house that we just bought. Since I am not living in the house yet, I noticed it doesn’t pull down yesterday. It is not what I expected, even worse it is not what I need. I can’t afford to buy another one right now either

This faucet has a slightly heftier handle to turn on and off, which works better for my brother to use it. It is in stalled in his house and will get lots of use from groups and parties.

Is it better than what we had before? Not sure about that, but I like the looks of this much better than the dated faucet/sprayer it replaced.
