I ordered the 17 trinsic series for our primary bath and a less expensive delta brand for our guest bath. I could tell the difference in the quality. They are not installed so this review is premature.

Looks very elegant and modern. My shower isn’t ready yet but we’re very happy with this perches. Can’t wait until all the parts are put together. The plumber also stated that is good Quality during the installation.

Beautiful color, not ‘brassy’ at all, warm gold tone. Good weight. Since I have started using it, it does not ‘shoot’ straight down. My shower is 4feet long and it shoots water about 3 feet out. I wish it had a greater range of movement (and could shoot straight down)
