The piece was fine thus a 5 star review since it isn't the company's fault. We were hoping it would work with a different brand of spout we purchased however it didn't. Wishful thinking on our part.

Had my bath fixtures changed out and sort of did it one part at a time. Forgot to order this piece with the first bunch of parts. It came with no delay and was a perfect match. The customer service reps were great.

Way too big and unable to return.
