It's well made, we really the handheld. I bought this shower head for the pause/trickle button. It works okay, it's a shower with water conservation, some of the settings leave a lot to be desired (no pressure), it's the way a lot of shower heads are made today. I didn't have high expectations.

Works great. Exactly what I ordered

I am a disabled person with the use of only my left hand. The palm held hand shower was ideal for me. The palm held shower worked well until the button for changing the spray pattern stopped working. I now have only one spray pattern. I expected a better quality product from Delta.

Two things attracted me to this palm held shower head. One being the extra long hose it comes with and the other being a palm held. Having two young boys, these two features are a must have during bath time. It's true what they say, if something seems too good to be true, it usually is. Just like the other reviews (I wish I had seen these sooner), the spray selector jammed and now the head does not function properly. Luckily for me though, it jammed in a setting that still allows us to use it.

I have had two of these, both of them have had the button break or jam. Now it's discontinued, so much for the advertised lifetime guarantee................what a crock.
