buttons jammed the first week we had this shower head and we lost the receipt so we are stuck with it. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

We picked this shower head for 2 bathrooms on our new construction home. It is NOT great. It has TERRIBLE water pressure. My bathroom has several shower heads, so I don't even use this shower head. My children's bathroom has it and they have A LOT of difficulty rinsing all the shampoo/conditioner out of their hair. I am currently looking to replace both.

I bought this about two weeks ago because it thought it would be easy for my daughter with Cerebral Palsy to use. Now the buttons are stuck rendering the shower head pretty much useless. It's stuck on a spray that nobody likes.
