Low quality metal used in set screws. Half of one set screw’s head sheared. I was thankfully able to cobble together a working set between the old set and this one.

Well, my door will not open after installing this hardware. I had to call a locksmith to open my back door and we have to enter and exit from the back door until I can get someone to remove the storm door by the hinges. I am beyond d disappointed and extremely inconvenienced.
