Very well made, easy to install for a handyman. Worth the money! Delivery was prompt and everything was well packaged. Pretty everything is of high quality, although the bands to secure the venting were a little less than quality....but they worked.

Called in to the manufacture about the unit being warped and the top not fitting properly. The told me to try a couple of things that I knew wouldn’t work. I called back left a message and no call returned. I am now stuck with a warped product that I paid top dollar for and doesn’t say much for the company stand behind their product. I would not recommend buying one of these products based on the lack of customer service alone. Unfortunately, as a contractor, I don’t have the time to be chasing companies around To make sure that they will be returning my call under warranty purposes. As a result, since they could care less about taking care of their customers, we elected to go with a different brand from a different company purchased for other ones for our clients.
