Before I came to ask my husband how the installation was going, he would have said it was terrible and not made correctly. After reading the instructions and doing things in order, it went together perfectly. The one down side was that the tiny screw to keep the shower head from spinning is on the bottom and difficult to get to. The instructions show it on the top so we thought we had it upside down, but it only goes together one way. The pull cord works well to switch between the shower head and the hand held shower. I do wish there was an option to use both at the same time.
