Cools a small room nicely, but definitely doesnt cool a room 600 sq ft.

Having had only one evening to use it, we got it down from 80 degrees F to 69F in about 45 minutes. That seems to be satisfactory performance to us. The shipment arrived a day early. Good job.

This air conditioner with heater is in my attic. I got it for my daughter. The attic was very hot and now it’s very very cold easy to assemble my daughter. Love it because she was burning up in the attic now she is so happy that I get this air condition.

Haven't unpacked it as yet but I've been looking for this model for years and Wayfair had a fantastic price on it. So glad I waited. If allowed, I will update this review when I use the AC in the summer.
