My handyman hasn’t been able to install the rail yet. Should be up in two weeks. I unpacked the box and am extremely impressed with the quality of the handrail. Installation instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The only reason I am using a professional to install instead of doing it myself is that my porch is tiled and I don’t want to crack them. My father and my mother in law are both in their late 80s and having such a high quality rail is already giving me peace of mind.

It lost a star because we are missing 2 hex bolts and one nut which has made some parts not operable but we were able to go to a local hardware store to get the few things we need. The handrail is sturdy and is perfect for my disabled sister. She now has more abilities because of this support.

Awesome sturdy railing for my front porch! Railing was easy and pretty fast to build. All the tools to build it were included. It hasn’t been installed on the porch yet but I expect that will go smoothly! This was exactly as expected and is perfect for my house!

This hand rail is a sturdy addition to the porch steps, it elevates the look with the black sturdy wrought iron. The slats are slight customizable but do create a slight cheapness to the visual of the hand rail. Overall will work fine. Did arrive with a few spots of missing paint but will be easy to fix with flat black spray paint.

While we do like the style of this heavy duty step rail, it is not completely parallel. If you straighten it towards the top so that all of the top spindles are in sync and parallel, then the two at the bottom are offline and slightly crooked. Likewise, if you straighten it from the bottom, then all of those spindles are in sync but the top one is off and not quite parallel. Most people would likely not notice this, but we are quite visual, and we do notice it.
