I received the door in a shorter amount of time than originally stated on the order. Once installed, it brought the neighbors out asking "where did you get that door"? Its beautiful!! Now two other neighbors are changing their front doors as well....

This door is so beautiful on the front of our house, We got many compliments.

I was initially very impressed with the doors when I opened the box. When going through the installation process, many deficiencies came up: 1) One of the doors was obviously damaged and repaired prior to shipping as seen in the attached photos. The putty/paint they used doesn't match, so there's a blotch. 2) The metal runner at the bottom of the doors were installed unevenly 3) There is a gap between the two doors at the very bottom. 4) The touch up kit did not contain nearly enough to cover the nail holes of the installation. The doors would be 5 stars if they didn't have these quality issues, but they get 1 star since it appears my brand new $4000.00 door is damaged before even being installed.

Worst door ever. Not even been a year and paint already started to fade. You could see cracks coming up on the wood. Very cheap quality. Ali baba selling for 600 for this and WAYFAIR charged me almost 5k for this cheap quality door. What a rip off

Overall the door is beautiful. Not so sure about the finish on the door. Hopefully it holds of during my lifetime
