Purchased to match what I got, but they were completely different.

The door looks good and appears to be of good quality. However, I purchased two doors, and both arrived damaged. Since I had contractors scheduled to install them, I decided to keep the damaged ones and paint them.

Where to start? First delivery came punctured through the door but wayfair’s customer service was excellent on getting a replacement to us. Unfortunately the product and instructions are really bad. It took much longer to set up than anticipated because the instructions were lacking so much. The door is very heavy and the hardware is very cheap. It’s bending and not holding up. We’ve had to make extra purchases and repairs ourselves just to get the door to stay in place. It completely detached itself one day because of the weight. We are so glad it didn’t just fall down and cause damage to our home. The handle is laughably cheap- we are going to get a different one to install. It will work fine by the time we are done with our work arounds I suppose but I would recommend shopping around.

Love my new closet doors. Only issue we had is that one of the doors had a small hairline crack which we were able to sand down. They were well packaged. Still haven’t painted them but they look so nice. I had someone that’s very handy install them and he had no issues.

The first door I received had a hole punched through a panel in transit. A replacement was sent in great shape and it looks great installed.
