Best purchase. Even the smart sink i bought is amazing. Customers support is very helpful of my order.

Excellent purchase. I was sceptical about ordering an open box item especially as it’s rarely worth the hassle of return from here given the costs to do so both financially and mentally lol but I’m pleasantly impressed by how well it was shipped and performs.

It looks nice out of box and is not difficult to install. However, I think the design has some flaws with its weight being a bit too much on the main connector to shower water supply. Despite I use wrap and washer there is still small leak due to the weight is pulling down the main connector.

It works great and my kids love it. They can now easily clean their tub. Thanks.

Happy with purchase. We ordered the black finish which goes great with other finishes as we work to update the bathroom. This was east to install and works great. Thinking of buying another for basement bathroom.
