Overall, really pleased with vanity. The color is warmer than stock photos in my opinion. Meaning it is not really gray looking and more of a warm wood, which I could tell by other reviewer photos and actually prefer the warmer tone vs gray. The bowl of sink is super deep and allows for great drainage. I like that it comes with matching backsplash. My vanity arrived with minor chipsdings despite being well packaged. Wayfair gave a fair discount for cosmetic damages. I did have to cut a hole in the shelf because my plumbing was not the standard 16 from the floor. I didnt see any other reviews with this problem though. The bottom drawer does not close completely evenly. I didnt realize this until after I had already reached out to Wayfair about discount so perhaps they wouldve offered even more if Id known but that was months ago. For the price, this is hard to beat though.

This is a super cute sink cabinet but now we are in a dilemma as the packaging was unacceptable! Damaged in transit but too expensive to return! Hinges don’t align, corner of granite is damaged which of course is the most noticeable spot. Looks like they tried to repair the backside with a horrible glue job!Wayfair was willing to give a 25 off refund for damages but they should be doing more as the packaging for something this heavy and big was their negligence! If you’re willing to take a chance then go for it!
