This is a great heater at a low price. Very heavy duty, but with nice curved visual lines. Also, includes good instructions. I purchase open box, so was even more of a bargain. Highly recommended!

This item is just what I wanted. However, the listing say plug-in. But it has to be hard wired and in some areas, zoning may require an electrician. Also, I'm glad shipping was free. This item was shipped from Ohio, and after 6 different stops, wound up in Sacramento Cal. Then they sent it back to Ohio by way of the same 6 stops, before finally shipping it out to Syracuse NY, then Marcy NY, then to my home in Hamilton NY. This shipment should get frequent flyer miles! Shipping could use some serious improvements! But in spite of all this, I like the unit. Works like it should.
