Hooked the unit up and turned on the water and the back end blew water out and down the wall. Just finally got the water lines done. I do not have a warranty card and could not find a phone number. I did invest in a water softener and water line filter system that sits just before the Rinnia tankless hot water system. The area in which I live has hard water. BUT....I do not like some of the learning features as it can take a long time to activate the heating in certain rooms if we have not used it or have been out for a few days.
