This was a relatively pricey solution so I was hoping the quality would be reflected based on price, but unfortunately, there have been some issues. The biggest pain has been the hinges. The hinge at the bifold section (where the two glass panels meet) has completely slipped and sagged after only about a year of use. It took my Dad and trying every type of bit under the sun to find something that would fit the part and loosen, reset, and tighten again. We may be missing something, but I even tried to reach the manufacturer to figure out a solution and never heard back. It still serves the purpose and helps give a more open feel to a very small bathroom, but Im praying I at least get a few more years out of this before the hassle of replacing.

After a while , the hinges start to shift and the door looks uneven when closing door. Hard to shift back. I’ve had it for over a year now

I loved the concept, but it does not work the way it appeared it would. We are not getting the bi-fold use of this door as the connection point at the wall bends and we are afraid to strip the anchors from the adobe brick. It was screwed in to the wall with the provided anchors into tile and adobe brick. There should be swivel action close to the wall, but we are seeing the bend where it connects to the wall. Perhaps the brick is affecting the strength and hold. It is still functional for our needs as we only bend it at the hinge where it should bi-fold and this still allows wider access to the shower. The look is perfect, but may have opted for a different product if we knew we could not use the bi-fold.
