I think the pan should be a bit heavier on the edges, at least in spots where shims may be needed. The pan instructions talk about using a mortar bed. Maybe in 1950! The best bed is a few deep strips of expanding foam under it. Quick and solid once it cures. The frame is nice and the door seems to work well.
