I ordered an open box shower complete walls door and pan.they sent me just the pan they refused to make it right. They said I can order a new one, but I would have to pay full price. They offered me a 10 discount. This was their problem why did it become mine Awful I will never purchase another thing from Wayfair

Took three tries to get the complete unit. 2 shower trays were cracked, door didn't come until 3rd attempt. Really hard to install and looks cheap

Overall the kit is OK. For a shower kit list pricing in $2,400 range I felt the walls should have been solid. They are only thin acrylic that you glue to backer board. The advertisement did not clarify this, nor does the web site. Also I could not get specs for drain rough in location, even from manufacture web site. It is located center 15" from back wall. I feel the list price of this product should be around $1400 that's what I paid with the discount, so for me the deal was OK
