Had concerns about what was included in this package so I phoned customer service. When delivered I found that CS had misinformed me of product. I was given immediate credit and told I could donate the doors and base. Very pleased with service although disappointed with product.

Ordered on 11/20/23. Still waiting inspite of wayfair doing 2 additional replacement orders and today receiving an email and survey on how I liked delivery! The worst! Charged $1k+, still waiting 1 month later. Construction job on hold and still no shower door

Had some issues in that at first there was no tray with the package. Eventually sorted it out by sending us another complete shower set but did delay. No issues at all once we got it.
