If I could give the weekend Wayfair Reps a minus star, that would be generous. We needed this shower by the end of the year and ordered it on 1220 with noticed of delivery set for 1226. We were worried when the status showed it was delivered when it never arrived. I spoke to Janet on 1227 who located the item in their New Jersey warehouse as it was sent there by mistake and promise to have it delivered to us by 1229. She asked me to call back if I do not get the delivery so that they could track it. Nothing came so I called on the 1227 and the service was disappointing. The first Cindy hung up on me when I insisted that she call the warehouse just as Janet advised to get an update when she wanted to cancel the item and reorder. This recur a second time that I called. I used a different phone on the 3 rd call and got Reesa or Nessa and told her that the last Rep hung up on me and same thing happened the second time and asked her to call me back just in case. She informed me that everyone was having problems with calls being dropped but did not agree to call me if this should happen. She looked at the notes and told me that Cindy had tried to call me back which was untrue since I had no missed calls. Needs also refused to call the warehouse and she transferred me to her supervisor when I agreed for her to cancel the last order and process a new one. She never put in the new order. I got Brandy the manager who also refused to call the warehouse and said she would cancel the previous order since it was LOST!!! I expressed my concern that the new delivery date of Jan 5-15 would be too late. I also asked her what would have happened if I did not reach out and her initial answer was that someone would eventually figure out the item was sitting there and would return yo the sender…. Wow! What a horrible way yo do business. This is detrimental for both customers and vendors. What a waste of resources since they can’t spare the time to make a call just as Janet had. Now my husband will be delayed in finishing his job because these women do care about the impact they have. Also I would hate to be the vendor working with Wayfair and waste money on shipping fees and missing a sale due to situations like the one above. Finally I had initially asked Brandy to have the earlier two calls pulled for review for training but she said they could not do that. After I informed her that I plan to write a letter to corporate to review this order, she then said she would request the calls be reviewed. Interesting!
