Installed shower base onto mortar. During install and pushing it into mortar, I hear the sound of plastic crunching in an area of the base that is completely soft to the foot. Was hoping it was lacking mortar so pulled it back up but it was completely supported on back side I put it back down hoping once dry it would no longer flex in this area. Unfortunately it must be a seperation of layers within this fibreglass-reinforced base. Like a giant air pocket. Also noticed during install that another area on the underside had been patched, and that the plastic protection was almost completely removed with just some film left. This is clearly a returned unit - someone else caught this fatal flaw. Yet the company quickly looked at it, patched the wrong area and thought theyd make a five hundred dollars sending me this junk to test on my multi thousand dollar project. Dreamline - this is a foundation! In the warranty it says they are not responsible for more than the cost of the unit. Must be nice to make these instead of being the consumer! I am so offended but I have built so much around this base and was looking forward to getting the bathroom done so I can move back into my bedroom. But I have to deal with an inyentional mistake. Never again Wayfair - lesson learned.

Haven’t built the unit yet but so far happy with the purchase.

A beautiful glass enclosure shower with black details that pop. It is the spotlight of my newly remodeled bathroom. I had it installed but not used it yet as I'm waiting on a plumber. I hope the glass will be easy to keep clean and I can keep it looking like new for many years..

We bought this for our bath remodel. We had an odd shape to work in and made a custom shower base. We were able to match the curb and installed it ourselves. Not in our comfort zone but didn't have a contractor. Looks great!
