It delivered what I needed. I have a wide open space and my windows opened vertically. It definitely helped cool the area and made sure the inside of the house wasn't hotter then the outside. We had 100+ F degrees outside.

it did not come in transport packaging ... just the box it would have appeared within on a self at some hardware/ retail store with yellow strapping around it.
